[BUG]: Chrome devtools inspection seems broken

Description

I'd like to inspect requests using Chrome DevTools.

λ devproxy --version
2.3.1

Expected behaviour

Chrome devtools opens and I see the requests that are being made.

Actual behaviour

DevTools can't connect to the websocket.
✅ But requests are shown on the console.

Steps to reproduce

Start devproxy session with DevToolsPlugin

@MarcusKohnert @waldekmastykarz es un problema a partir de la version 147 de Chromium. (Chrome and Edge)
Creo haber encontrado un workarround, comparto PR:
El problema es que al iniciar devproxy no carga correctamente la URL, pero lo demas funciona...
