@ViktorHofer @akoeplinger we're now on top of 10.0.2 packages in dotnet/arcade-services which flows here (the Maestro publishing tasks). This enforces some 9.0.0 packages like DI to get bumped to 10.0.2.
This opens a rabbit hole of updates until there's stuff getting updated that I believe sounds like would need at least a rebootstrap using the 10.0.2 build from the VMR?

Or what would be a way to maintain this?

There's a big chance that this change as-is will regress running .NET Framework tasks. Therefore we usually need to stay behind with dependencies in Arcade for some time. #16413 will fix this by getting rid of .NET Framework tasks altogether. This change has some risk though and therefore I'm currently holding it.

Honestly, I don't have a good answer here. I would revert the dependency update in arcade-services.

Yeah, let's then drop this PR and re-trigger just the arcade+dnceng subs.
The arcade-services changes are uninteresting
