View provider

The view provider keeps track of all the currently active views. It is used bu the $stateProvider to update views as registered on the states.

However, $view is just a regular service, and can therefore be injected to anything and used to update views in other ways.

There is to ways of updating views, directly and within transactions, the later is useful if you wish to update a number of views, but wants to render them at the same time.
