Adds Handlebars support for selected reusable workflow inputs that need access to values produced by
docker/metadata-action. The template context is intentionally narrow and only exposesmeta.versionandmeta.tags. These values are sourced directly fromdocker/metadata-actionoutputs instead of exposing the full metadata payload.cc @yubiuser
