Thinking starts timing out #231

Describe the bug
After some time of the AI agent working, the thinking slows down and then thinking times become 400 seconds and the words appear at the speeds of 1 word per second. And then I Assume it times out, because I get a "API Error (Retrying)" and it says "Retrying API Request..." This is on Jetbrains Rider (I had the same on Intellij but have not used it much the last 2 weeks) on Dirac 0.5.13 through ACP Reg using the Jetbrains AI Chat Plugin. I am using deepseek flash and it have been doing this somewhere around 5.11 or so but its getting much worse now.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Rider with the Jetbrains AI Chat plugin'
2. Add Dirac lastest version using ACP in the AI chat plugin.
3. And use it normally and then eventually the thinking will slow down drastically.

Expected behavior
Before the thinking stayed fast and never gave the "API Error (Retrying)".
