Summary
Rename the public simulation spec from journeys to episodes so it matches the API.
/v2/gen-ai/simulation_runs/{run_uuid}/episodes.episode_uuid,episode_index,episodes,total_episodes, andepisodes_finished.SIMULATION_EPISODE_STATUS_*andSIMULATION_EPISODE_SORT_FIELD_*.This follows the API rename in cthulhu#180342 and the client rename in godo#1159.
