Revises isValidAssetURL to explicitly block protocol-relative URLs (//) which previously bypassed HTTPS requirements. Additionally, updates CustomLoadingScreen to use textContent rather than innerHTML to prevent DOM XSS and HTML injection risks. Adds a protocol-relative URL validation test to the test suite.
