Adding run modes

Edits will take place solely in the bdata object.

Tasks when adding a TI run mode

Add unit key

Add the run mode string and unit string to the mode1_dict

# output keys for mode TI runs
mode1_dict = {  '1f': 'freq',
                '1x': 'freq',
                '1w': 'xpar',
                # ...
             }

Add to _get_xhist

In the _get_xhist function, add an option for your new run mode. The option should be the key to accessing your data in the bdata.hist dictionary

    def _get_xhist(self):
        """Get histogram data for x axis."""
        
        # histogram name
        if self.mode == '1f':
            xlabel = 'Frequency'
        elif self.mode == '1x':
            xlabel = 'Frequency'
        # etc ... add your new run mode to this list

        # get data
        return self.hist[xlabel].data

In the asym function, there is an if statement to which you need to add your run mode to:
