docs: fix DefaultAgentDownloadURL file path - #962

## Doc area `CONTRIBUTING.md` — "Development Setup > Initial Setup" (the "change Devsy agent code" step). ## Drift found The step linked `DefaultAgentDownloadURL` to `./pkg/agent/agent.go`: > Exchange the URL in [DefaultAgentDownloadURL](./pkg/agent/agent.go) with a custom public repository release That file path is wrong. The `DefaultAgentDownloadURL` function is defined in `./pkg/config/repo.go`, not `./pkg/agent/agent.go`. The link was stale and pointed at a file that does not contain the referenced symbol. ## Correction Updated the link target from `./pkg/agent/agent.go` to `./pkg/config/repo.go`. ## Code verification performed - `grep -rn "func DefaultAgentDownloadURL" pkg/` → defined at `pkg/config/repo.go:47`. - Confirmed `pkg/agent/agent.go` does not define `DefaultAgentDownloadURL` (it only calls `config.DefaultAgentDownloadURL()` at line 442). - Confirmed `pkg/config/repo.go` exists and contains the function plus the related `AgentDownloadBaseURL` / `AgentLatestDownloadURL` constants. ## Validation - `task cli:format` — clean. - `task cli:lint:ci` — 0 issues. - `task cli:test` — only the known pre-existing `pkg/git` `TestRepoClone*` failures (unchanged baseline; this PR does not touch `pkg/git` or any Go source).
