Summary

Update github.com/devsy-org/ssh from v1.2.5 to v1.2.7.

v1.2.7 includes the OpenSSH keepalive liveness fix that treats negative keepalive@openssh.com replies as proof of peer liveness instead of incorrectly allowing the server-side keepalive deadline to expire.

This addresses the long-lived VS Code Remote-SSH failure where dynamic forwarding would stop after roughly 15s * 8 = 120s under Devsy's default SSH keepalive settings.

• run Devsy CLI/unit tests

This PR is intentionally limited to consuming the released SSH library fix; it does not change Devsy's SSH transport architecture.
