Completes Bulgarian Part 6 Inner Observation and all question/answer tables: 61 observation entries, 171 questions, and 201 answers (433 items total), with Bulgarian navigation titles. Every artifact passed exact-order, tag/URL, Hebrew-leakage, terminology, citation, and official apply dry-run checks.\n\nVerification:\n- task check\n- 92 Vitest files / 1174 tests passed\n- static generation passed\n- 11 Playwright tests passed
