Summary
Why
Library Manager originally declared MIT, including when PR #20 was contributed and merged. The repository switched to AGPL-3.0 afterward. This change restores the original permissive license for Library Manager as the Skaldleita-facing frontend.
Existing AGPL grants for versions previously released under AGPL remain unaffected.
