docs: note Arr/ I/O exception in AGENTS.md zero-I/O policy (Step 4.5)#5
Merged
Conversation
Step 4.5: The Arr/ classes (src/Arr/) are the sole exception to the phlix-shared zero-I/O policy because they model cross-repo HTTP integration for Sonarr/Radarr/Prowlarr/Bazarr. Documents the exception inline and links to the full developer guide in detain/phlix-docs.

Summary
AGENTS.mdto document thatsrc/Arr/is the sole exception to the "Zero I/O" policy.detain/phlix-docs.Rationale
Both
phlix-serverandphlix-hubdaemon need Sonarr/Radarr/Prowlarr/Bazarr integration. The Arr/ classes in phlix-shared avoid duplicating HTTP wiring across repos. A future refactor may extract them into a dedicatedphlix-arr-clientpackage.Step 4.5 of the Phlix project update tracker.
