The cross-cutting dashed plugin edges and the long Plugins---Memory edge made the rendered chart a tangle. Drop them: Agent --> each of its five harness pieces, Plugins --> Memory as the one example subsystem. The plugins-as-extension-seam point now lives in the box label and the Notes instead of in crossing edges.
Every box now has a bold Title-Case name plus a lowercase gloss; separators normalized to middots; drop the Memory parenthetical.
Replace the sequence diagram (plugin hooks, opt block, nested loop) with a plain flowchart: ask the LLM, run tools if requested, repeat. Rename the section 'The agent loop'. Plugin hooks, the per-turn rescan, and the permissions gate move to the Notes as things that happen around the loop.
