Resolves #5.

Check if it will work on your system. I don't know i i did not brake something.

This adds:

  1. A way to setup a permanent display address during installation, to not really on the who command which can differ between distributions
  2. While installing this allows to set up an autostart script to allow X server access by cups.
  3. Install script uses less terminal space and is color coded for user convenience

I can't merge it as is because people are usually switching between displays. The display number must be determined dynamically at run time.

But I appreciate the contribution and I'll have a detailed look during the weekend most likely.

Using read -e -r -p "Enter [N/y]:" -i N anwser
Might be helpful it would suggest to the user that N is a default option. Also adding some sort of warning would be helpful too. Maybe:
Setting up the permanent display may introduce bugs when switching monitors!
