Records 0001 to 0016 are rewritten from Chinese into concise English, keeping the decisions, dead ends, dated revisions and open questions, and dropping content the code has since overtaken. Status lines are checked against the code as of 2026-09-03 (#213 Notion, #226 kin classes, #231 builtin concept types, #239 lakehouse engines).
