The release where a compiled program can act: `deed run --compiled` reaches a host now, so the capability claim the pages make is a claim about a program rather than about an import section. Nothing else moved. The corpus is byte for byte what 0.2.6 had, twenty-nine files and fourteen in the picker, and the artifact answers about all of them. No new line kind, so `play.js` needed no new arm.
