Now capable of compiling simple programs with only: a JSON build file, Ninja, clang/gcc, and the build system executable. Multiple build targets supported. "dependency" targets are working (directly linked). Improved logging, dependency DAG resolution added (w/circular detection). JSON library updated.

Hi Dylan!
I added a rough windows version of process.cpp for my own purposes. Hopefully this'll be helpful for the main repo as well.
I also had to rename some files, as having multiple files with the same name didn't play nice with my IDE.
Please take a look at the changes and let me know if you notice anything off.
The process runner is confirmed working on Windows 11, but I'm not 100% sure this will work in your environment out of the box, so proceed with caution.
Cheers
Simon
