Lookup compatibility and lifecycle coverage are shipped
PR #198 adapts Flink 1.18's generated lookup runners and lifecycle behind the per-line compatibility seam. Both synchronous and asynchronous lookup SQL parity suites pass on 1.18 and 2.2, alongside the lifecycle, timeout, failure/cancellation, bounded-capacity and late-completion checks introduced by #193.
Unordered supported lookup paths execute natively. Key-ordered async lookup and updating/non-insert probes decline at planning time with explicit reasons. Unchanged upstream lookup cases carry native/fallback execution contracts on both lines. All 47 CI checks passed before merge.
This completes the scoped lookup adaptation. See docs/operators/joins/lookup-join.md for supported providers and fallback boundaries; #182 tracks the remaining production-line gates.
