About the `.margin` format

I am thinking about whether to store Margin data in regular .csv data, rather than the current custom format. I am undecided. Using standard comma separated values would enable a generalisation of the scripts i am currently running on margin files, but it would also make the format more rigid, with no space for metadata, for example

The Ledger format might provide everything i need, here more information

The main Haskell modules for Hledger seem to be hledger-lib, which contains more low level functions, and hledger which seems to be more high level
