Feature Request: Automatic Detection of Changes for Independent Versioning

I love uppt, and I'm already using it in several projects. Thanks for your work!

I'd like to ask if it's possible to auto-detect changes in independent versioning based on the diff and route the commits accordingly.

It would provide better DX and be less error prune compared with scope, as someone might forget to add. Similar to manifest-releasing in release-please.

it's tricky! imagine you have a feat: that is mostly about one package, but you also update the README.md of another package to mention this feature, and you do it in the same commit. automatically detecting changes would mean that other package also gets a minor release.

The case you mentioned the current behavior in release please and imo is the expected behavior, but I may be wrong 😅
