Aleph 2.5 introduces evidence-linked causal drafts with explicit reviewer approval, atomic model publication verified by the disk compiler and replay, eligible direct linear SCC solving, and multi-round strategic roleplay bound to the model, configuration, actions, and receipts. Missing measurements remain gaps, engine failures cannot become payoffs, and existing workspaces and traces are preserved.
The bundled D Research runtime is pinned to the signed, published
v3.6.0-rc.2tag. Upstream source identity, the 241-file runtime projection, transforms, and downloaded release assets have been verified. Local candidate checks remain a separate policy and cannot impersonate upstream provenance. The release pipeline recognizes annotated RC tags, builds the manifest-exact full and runtime ZIPs twice, attests the assets, and publishes a prerelease without replacing stable 2.4.3. Release notes cover installation, compatibility, security and reproducibility changes, verification commands, and empirical/host limits.
