Scanner flagged ws@8.19.0 (CVE-2026-48779 memory-exhaustion DoS, CVE-2026-45736 uninitialized-memory disclosure) and qs@6.15.1 (CVE-2026-8723 stringify DoS) as active findings, plus mutable Action refs in docs.yml. Bump ws to 8.21.2, pin qs to 6.15.3 via a pnpm override (transitive through express/body-parser), and pin all docs.yml Actions to immutable commit SHAs (updated to their v5 tags).
