run-tests.php writes run-test-info.php next to itself, but the system build dir is root-owned, causing a Permission denied failure. Copy it to $RUNNER_TEMP before invoking. Also set PHPT_ADD_EXTENSION so the custom runner actually loads the extension instead of skipping every test.
