Remove the accidentally published
AGENTS.mdfrom the tracked tree while preserving its local contents and permissions. Ignore local agent instructions, AI editor configuration, skills, and sessions so normal staging keeps them on the developer's machine. The Quality job now checks only the dedicated local-tooling ignore block and rejects tracked matches, including files added before the ignore rule existed. Existing application source, maintained audit reports, and browser tests are unaffected.
Validation: verified the local AGENTS.md SHA-256 and permissions are unchanged, it is absent from the Git index and ignored, and the guard passes legitimate source/tests/docs while rejecting root/nested instructions and tool directories in an isolated repository.
git diff --checkpasses. No Rust code, version, tag, or release assets changed. Existing historical commits retain their original contents.
