opposite of csaf-tools/csaf-action#15 removes the action and changes all content and workflows to lint and test the action

From what I have read on the net, I think so, yes. Previously I had https://github.com/wagner-intevation/csaf-action-test/, now I created https://github.com/csaf-tools/csaf-action-test/ for this purpose |
