🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Preserve every started runtime for cleanup.

Thanks for adding cleanup on startup failure. If two Functions have the same name and a later Function fails, contexts retains only the second runtime under that name. This call cannot stop the first runtime, so its container remains running. Could we reject a duplicate name before starting its runtime, or retain every started RuntimeContext for cleanup?

Review comment at @cmd/crossplane/render/render.go at line 155:
Update runtime startup and cleanup around StopFunctionRuntimes so duplicate
Function names cannot overwrite a started RuntimeContext: reject duplicates
before starting their runtime, or retain every started RuntimeContext for
cleanup. Ensure cleanup stops the first runtime even when a later Function with
the same name fails.
