docs: add product screenshots to README - #55
Conversation
Four app screenshots (Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDF) captured from the running app via CDP, using neutral demo documents — no user data. Docs and Sheets show the Hermes AI panel; PDF captured with the collapsed dock (rebrand issue tracked separately).

Replace the Sheets capture that advertises Genspark
When the README renders, the Sheets screenshot prominently labels both the ribbon action as “Genspark AI” and the AI sidebar as “Genspark,” contradicting the page’s HermesOffice/Hermes Agent branding and the commit’s stated intent to show Sheets with the Hermes AI panel. Replace or recapture this asset after the Hermes branding is active.

Remove the Genspark label from the Slides capture
When the README renders, the Slides screenshot still exposes a “Genspark AI” label in the floating toolbar above the slide. This makes the public product screenshot advertise the upstream brand despite the surrounding README presenting Hermes as the suite’s native AI, so the capture should be replaced after that remaining label is rebranded or hidden.

What changes
Adds four product screenshots to the README (Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDF) — the follow-up to #53 (merged), which missed these because they were captured after the merge.
All screenshots use neutral demo documents (repo fixtures + generated files) — no user data. 1200px wide, ~80-135KB each.
