I propose a suite of testing functions that will allow users of the clickstream package to evaluate test data against training data used to fit Markov Chain models.
adding extra components to the matrix output of mcEvaluate functions
enhance mcEvaluateAll and mcEvaluateAllClusters to cater for evaluation of higher order chains, and added getNOrderPatterns function which gets all the possible permutations for a given order (2nd order or above).
