Property request has been replaced by basedOn. reference: http://hl7.org/fhir/STU3/diagnosticreport.html
- This has been replaced for ProcedureRequest. reference: http://hl7.org/fhir/STU3/procedurerequest.html
Note that the dstu3 uses 'subject' instead of 'patient'. But in order to prevent breaking other projects that use of this adapter, the word 'patient' was kept in the methods. (e.g., getter and setters).
- Indication was removed from Encounter class.
- allergy intolerance, - medication request, - medication statement, - practitioner, - allergy intolerance - practitoner
This reverts commit fc23dff
DiagnosticRequest was replaced by ProcedureRequest.
