The repository's own CI now calls the v3 shared checks. The shared Renovate preset drops the tool-catalog exclusion, since sync now writes that repo's workflow files, and excludes cplieger/docs instead, whose hand-kept workflow pins Renovate never updated. The org CONTRIBUTING guide stops listing
.punused-ignoreamong the files that never release, since no repository reads one any more.Tested: ci-local passes (2 checks not validated locally); the org-default docs scan passes at 498 of 500 words.
