Codex displayed the proposed native fix actions as plain labels. Remove that path completely: action generation, the
--actionsflag, prompt builders used only by buttons, related tests, and client-specific button instructions. Remove unused HTML action options as well. All clients use the report followed by the text fix choice. The yes/no/always flow and saved auto-fix preference remain. No separate list of choices is emitted. Prepares version 0.2.4; the website already uses the same report footer.
Validation: 66 tests, lint, types, build, site/package checks, inline and preference smoke checks, and skill validation pass. Existing repair-evidence and preference safety tests remain.
