Open schemas, templates and a checker for the five logs every construction project keeps: RFIs, submittals, change events, daily reports and punch lists. Plus a practical guide to keeping them so they hold up when someone asks, months later, what happened and when.
Export your logs to CSV from whatever system you use, and one command gives you the weekly review: what is open, what is overdue, which materials will arrive late, which change events may have missed their notice date, and which records are incomplete.
Standard-library Python 3.9+, no dependencies, no network access.
Run against the synthetic sample project:
$ python3 -m cpr check samples/library-renovation --as-of 2026-09-18

--markdown review.md writes the same thing as a document to file with the weekly meeting notes. --json writes it
for a dashboard.

python3 -m cpr check path/to/your/logs --as-of 2026-09-18 --markdown review.mdThe folder holds up to five CSV files named rfis.csv, submittals.csv, change_events.csv, daily_reports.csv and
punch_items.csv, with the columns in schema/fields.csv. Any subset works. Dates are
YYYY-MM-DD.
Most project management platforms export these logs to CSV with their own column names. To rename the columns and translate statuses repeatably, the mapping tool in construction-data-migration works with a mapping file pointed at this schema.
- It does not judge. It finds late notices, but cannot tell you what your contract requires or whether a notice is valid. It finds procurement at risk, but the team decides what to do about it.
- It does not connect to anything. No network, no accounts, no integrations. It reads the CSV files you give it.
- It does not change your records. It only reads.

people.
