Replaces the ` − ` collapse button on the session list title bar with ` « `, and the `›` uncollapse glyph (collapsed pane title + view-border overlay) with `»`.

Switches the session list's top-right collapse button from
−to«, and the expand affordance from›to»(collapsed pane title glyph + the overlay on the main view's left border). Hit-zone geometry is unchanged (still 3 cells for the title-bar button, single cell for the overlay).Touches only
