This is made possible by passing `--inspect` to node/ts-node command that starts the processes. nodemon _should_ pass `--inspect` on to ts-node automatically; if that doesn't work we may have to update the `--exec` flag to include `--inspect`. But this is prettier, so I'm hoping it works.
