Ship it.
- Release workflow triggers on
v*tags, setsphar.readonly=0, runs the Laravel Zero build, and uploads via softprops/action-gh-release. .gitignoreaddition, README install paths, andcomposer.jsonbuild script are consistent with the new pipeline.- No blocking issues found; CI will validate the rest.

Current composer.lock resolves Symfony 8.1 (requires PHP >= 8.4.1). Co-authored-by: Jordan Partridge <jordan@partridge.rocks>
The 8.4 CI bump was only needed before main pinned composer to PHP 8.3.
composer.json and the lockfile target PHP 8.3. Release was pinning 8.4.
Release workflow must pin 8.3, not 8.4. composer.json must expose a build script.
Read the workflow. Do not compile a second PHAR.
Sodium and zlib for Box, composer --no-dev, fail if builds/cf is missing. README install names the cf artifact and required env.

Ship it.
- release.yml matches spec: v* trigger, 8.3, phar.readonly=0, builds/cf upload.
- composer.json adds build script; tests assert YAML + script presence.
- ci.yml already on 8.3, test covers it.
- .gitignore + README updates are correct and minimal.
No blocking issues. Ready to merge.
