Ship it.
- Scaffold cleanup complete; no Laravel Zero remnants remain.
- composer.json autoload paths trimmed correctly.
- New smoke test covers the connector entry point.
- LICENSE and app name update match stated intent.
- CI workflow referenced in body but absent from diff; verify it landed in the merge.

LICENSE, drop Inspire, app name Cloudflare. Keep PHP 8.3.33 and tunnel:expose. Do not merge.

PR body claims "Add CI workflow" and "Refresh composer.lock" — both out of scope per the attached spec.md and already handled by #17. The added spec.md documents the exact delta and explicitly says "Do not merge. Do not deploy." No other issues. Ship the cleanup as-is once body is updated.
Drop inspire command/test, add MIT license, rename app to Cloudflare, fix composer autoload paths, add CloudflareConnector unit smoke test, and wire PHP 8.3 Pest CI. Co-authored-by: Jordan Partridge <jordan@partridge.rocks>
Re-apply Symfony 7 resolution; previous cleanup commit had restored the PHP 8.4 lockfile. Also restore tests/Feature so Pest can boot. Co-authored-by: Jordan Partridge <jordan@partridge.rocks>
Pest still boots. CloudflareConnectorTest remains the unit smoke.

PR body is stale and spec.md explicitly says "Do not merge."
- Outdated claims: "Add CI workflow" and "Refresh composer.lock" (both landed in #17).
- Spec.md added with "Research owns specs/" rule and locked instructions to rebase on current main.
- .gitkeep and test title mismatch noted as open decisions inside the spec itself.
- Changes otherwise match the scaffold-cleanup intent (Inspire gone, autoloads trimmed, name updated, LICENSE added, platform pin asserted).
