Summary
Upgrade the actionable JVM dependencies reported by issue #1490 while retaining the existing dependency-management architecture. Leave the Debian/OpenJDK/nginx/perl image packages unchanged because the report marks them open without fixed versions and the server image already installs current repository packages during each build.
