The excalidash script is ready for testing: bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://github.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVED/raw/main/ct/excalidash.sh)"
ExcaliDash is in BETA. Back up your data regularly.
Create your admin account on first visit at the web UI.
Note: This is not in the official repo yet—it's just a dev version! After merging into ProxmoxVE, it will need to be recreated.
There may be a better way of getting the one time setup code but here's a method to grab it.
Do a grep in the log directory, this should return a log file path that contains the string. grep -r "BOOTSTRAP SETUP" /var/log
Then do a strings | grep "BOOTSTRAP" on the log file returned from the search. strings {foundFile} | grep "BOOTSTRAP"
You should then get... MESSAGE=[BOOTSTRAP SETUP] One-time admin setup code.....
that log entry contains the code.
If it's expired by the time you have found it, just re-run the process and you should see another code in the log with a 'bootstrap_register_reissue' reason.
Apologies if its not meant to go here....when you first add an admin account it requires a 'one time' code to active the account, the instructions on the page refer to docker log paths, which aren't present. I've seen other 'helper' things for other LXC's on their relevant pages? Again apologies if its not meant to go here.
