Ubuntu 26.04 VM (+ new core) #1800

The ubuntu2604-vm script is ready for testing:

Note: This is not in the official repo yet—it's just a dev version! After merging into ProxmoxVE, it will need to be recreated.Check out the Testing Pipeline, because this script is completly new mapped with new vm core
- Test Default Settings with Cloud-Init disabled
- Confirm the VM is created successfully and boots without errors
- Test Default Settings with Cloud-Init enabled and DHCP
- Verify Cloud-Init user/login works and the VM receives an IP address
- Test Advanced Settings once with custom values
- Set disk size to 25G and verify the size in Proxmox and inside Ubuntu (lsblk, df -h)
- Test Start VM = no, then start the VM manually from Proxmox
- If possible, test with a different storage target (not only local-lvm)
- Optional: test static IP via Cloud-Init
Report back: Proxmox version, storage used, Cloud-Init on/off, DHCP/static, disk size, and whether boot/network/disk resize worked
- ✅Defaults + Cloud-Init disabled = Completes successfully, VM reaches login prompt
- ✅Defaults + Cloud-Init enabled + DHCP = Completes successfully, VM reaches login, DHCP works, user created with correct info
- ✅Advanced mode, Cloud-Init enabled, 25GB HDD = Completes successfully, user created, lsblk and df show correct disk size. VM started automaticaly
- ❌Static IP via Cloud-Init = user created, static ip NOT working, still used DHCP:
