Matomo is the leading Free/Libre open analytics platform.
Matomo is a full-featured PHP MySQL software program that you download and install on your own webserver. At the end of the five-minute installation process, you will be given a JavaScript code. Simply copy and paste this tag on websites you wish to track and access your analytics reports in real-time.
Matomo aims to be a Free software alternative to Google Analytics and is already used on more than 1,400,000 websites. Privacy is built-in!

The matomo script is ready for testing:
bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://github.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVED/raw/main/ct/matomo.sh)"Complete the setup wizard via the web interface on first access. Database credentials are stored in /opt/matomo/.mariadb-creds.
Note: This is not in the official repo yet—it's just a dev version! After merging into ProxmoxVE, it will need to be recreated.

Switch Adapter to "PDO\MYSQL" & Database Engine to "MariaDB"

Install, Web UI and account setup work flawlessly, update function also working as expected.
Note: Database Credentials are stored in /root/matomo.creds
