@MintHCM-admin i don't like this part here. We have a helper function that creates the database, user role and generates a password for it. This part of code is preventing us from using our function.
@MintHCM-admin fyi; ive changed the copyright to our community-scripts default. The Author is untouched. But we have an Default of Headers. Its in our Collection -> so the copyright is "Copyright (c) 2021-2026 community-scripts ORG" - Are you fine with it?

The minthcm script is ready for testing:
bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://github.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVED/raw/main/ct/minthcm.sh)"Default credentials:
Username: admin
Password: minthcm
Database credentials are stored in ~/minthcm.creds
Note: This is not in the official repo yet—it's just a dev version! After merging into ProxmoxVE, it will need to be recreated.
Merge pull request #1291 from minthcm/feature/minthcm

install and account setup works flawlessly, update function shows as not available yet.
juronja commentedon Jan 16, 2026
default and advanced install with default settings works.
CerberusStyle commentedon Jan 16, 2026
Console works fine for me here.
I'm not seeing this issue either even after a full shutdown of the lxc, the webUI works perfectly fine after it's restarted.

I tried to replicate, and It was my mistake. Apparently, I disabled Nesting in the Advanced setup script, hence the error.

Hi, are we waiting for something else to release this to production?
CerberusStyle commentedon Jan 26, 2026
Afaik from my testing it can be released.
tremor021 commentedon Jan 26, 2026
Basically we should be done with the testing. Nothing out of the ordinary popped out.
Script breaks verbose here:
https://github.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVED/blob/602f23f92a9bf82abf1776f3664bb8ba2122d2ce/install/minthcm-install.sh#L84
and here https://github.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVED/blob/602f23f92a9bf82abf1776f3664bb8ba2122d2ce/install/minthcm-install.sh#L88
Also, maybe reducing number of msg blocks? Script works fine otherwise. After these fixes, we can push to VE

problem is Minthcm creates database itself, cant connnect to existing database, while installing. that's prevent to destroy existing databases.

I saw that you have already made changes to the logs verbose
