The netvisor script is ready for testing: bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://github.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVED/raw/main/ct/netvisor.sh)"
The integrated daemon config is located at /root/.config/daemon/config.json
Note: This is not in the official repo yet—it's just a dev version! After merging into ProxmoxVE, it will need to be recreated.
LXC creation worked so far on PVE 9.0.11. I was also able to create some daemons (other LXCs) which sends some data.
I love the idea of NetVisor, but I observed that the daemon isn't reporting open ports correctly. I have no deep knowledge of NetVisor, so it may be a configuration issue. However, when using the default configuration from the script, I would expect all open ports to be correctly reported from the daemon to the server without deeper configuration.
I saw that I can add ports manually, but if I were to do this, I wouldn't need a tool anymore to visualize my network.
To start the daemon, I used NetVisor's recommended method, "Option 1."
Overall, good work! The script works fine!
thanks for the feedback! this is expected behavior, NetVisor doesn't scan all open ports; it scans ports for which there's a known service mapped so there's something meaningful to put in the visualization. Adding a feature to scan all ports would be easy to add though, I can put it on the roadmap.
Thanks for letting me know it installed correctly and is basically working.
The application itself is undergoing pretty rapid development, and it's just one person, so progress can come in fits and starts.
I noticed the same thing as you, in that it failed to find a lot of services; but that's because the application needs more service definitions, which can be easily added by the community. I've added some myself and I plan to keep doing so. Feel free to contribute!.

Confirmed that this works as expected!

Oh, could APP="Netvisor" be changed to APP="NetVisor"?
