docs: link "Command Prompt, Inc." mentions to commandprompt.com - #24

Make every published mention of "Command Prompt, Inc." a link to https://commandprompt.com/, and normalize the existing www.commandprompt.com links to that URL. Covers the docs index, contribute, get-help, and comparison pages, the site footer, and the README. The brand-asset logo README is excluded from the built site and the site_author metadata field is not linkable, so those are left as text. Makes every published mention of Command Prompt, Inc. a link to https://commandprompt.com/, and normalizes the existing
www.commandprompt.comlinks to that URL.Updated: docs index, contribute, get-help, and comparison-with-Percona pages, the site footer (mkdocs.yml), and the README (2 mentions).
Left as text (intentionally): the brand-asset logo README (excluded from the built site via
exclude_docs) and thesite_authormetadata field (not a linkable string).Docs build locally with 0 broken links.
