Bumps certifi to 2026.10.19, which removes the emSign ECC Root CA - G3 following the compromise of eight eMudhra intermediate CA keys (CVE-2026-111943).

Only the affected pins changed. Takes effect after rebuild + redeploy; container images should also pick up the updated OS ca-certificates package.

Dismiss false positives

Tick a box to dismiss the finding; untick it to bring the finding back. That is the same as replying /broly dismiss d1 and /broly undismiss d1. To record why it is a false positive, reply with /broly dismiss d1: your reason instead — Broly reuses those reasons to triage similar findings across the org.

Bump black to 26.x, aiohttp to 3.14.x, urllib3 to 2.8.x, requests to
2.34.x, requests-unixsocket to 0.4.1, idna to 3.20 and sh to 2.4.0.
Depend on gitlint-core directly so sh is no longer pinned to 1.14.3.
