docs(user-guide): add compliance and data privacy faq entries

Summary

Add three new FAQ entries covering compliance and data privacy topics, derived from a real client compliance validation exercise (TecSalud / SAP S/4HANA project).

Changes

• Added faq/does-codemie-use-customer-data-to-train-ai-models.md — covers no-training guarantee, LLM provider data policies, credential isolation
• Added faq/what-audit-and-logging-capabilities-does-codemie-provide.md — covers activity logs, spend logs, workflow execution history, correlation IDs, cloud audit trails
• Added faq/does-codemie-comply-with-data-protection-regulations-such-as-gdpr.md — covers GDPR/LFPDPPP principles, data residency, client-as-data-controller model
• Added .gitleaks.toml to exclude build/ and .docusaurus/ from secrets scan (fixes false positive on GCP zone flag in build artifacts)
• Updated scripts/secrets-check.sh to use .gitleaks.toml config when present
• Added LFPDPPP and SIEM to cspell.config.yaml

Testing

• Tested locally with npm start
• All pages render correctly
• Images display properly
• Internal links work
• Sidebar navigation works

Quality Checks

• npm run check passes (typecheck + lint + commitlint)
• No MDX compilation errors
• No raw angle brackets (<text> must be `<text>`)
• Sidebar references document IDs (not filenames)
• Images stored locally next to content (not in static/img/)
• Commit messages follow Conventional Commits
• No secrets or credentials in documentation
