Pull request overview
Updates the repository README to provide a fuller, step-by-step description of what Towel is and how to install/use it (create/enter the container, install packages, and export binaries/desktop files back to the host).
Changes:
- Replaces the minimal README with a structured overview of Towel’s purpose and workflow.
- Adds a quick start installation + usage guide and a “common commands” reference.
- Documents how export/wrappers are laid out on disk and what kinds of apps are (not) supported.
