Preservation-only rescue draft. Do not merge this historical branch as-is.

What was recovered

• A local v0.5 bridge, typed relay, receipt, demo, CI, release-tooling, test, and documentation snapshot based on commit 3a3df35.
• Build outputs and caches were not included.
• The explicitly private outreach draft was intentionally excluded from this public repository. It was not committed or pushed, and no corresponding object remains in local or remote Git storage.

Why this is archival

Current main already contains the released v0.5 proof package from PR 5 plus later Responses contract and gateway hardening. This local tree is not byte-identical and is preserved for comparison only; any useful delta should be rebuilt narrowly from current main.

Validation that passes

• Changed-file secret scan: pass.
• Git diff check: pass.
• Local release verifier: pass with 27 tests.
• GitHub Linux Node 20 and 22: pass.
• GitHub macOS Node 20 and 22: pass.
• GitHub real-Codex job: pass.
• No live HyperAgent request or credit spend occurred during rescue.

Exact blocking gates

• GitHub Windows Node 20 and 22 each fail two tests because the historical regular expressions require LF newlines while the checkout supplies CRLF in the bundled SKILL.md. The failing tests are bundled Codex skill installs as a materialized directory and Codex plugin manifest points to the bundled skill and matches package version.
• GitHub reports the rescue branch conflicts with current main.

This PR does not send the sponsor-message draft, publish a release, alter OAuth state, or deploy the bridge.
