- Fill the LICENSE copyright line and add a NOTICE with project copyright, third-party dependency note, and sample-media attributions. - README (en/ja): add a Credits section (Blender CC BY 3.0, Apple/Mux test streams, Lorem Picsum/Unsplash) clarifying sample media is referenced by URL and not covered by this project's license, plus a trademark disclaimer. - Add an inline demo GIF (docs/demo.gif) to the README.
