TS 7 drops compiler API

Bumping typescript to ^7.0.2 removes the JavaScript compiler API that generate.js loads via require('typescript'). Calls such as createSourceFile, ScriptTarget, and the is* node guards are no longer exported, so npm run generate fails when regenerating clients.
